摘    要:对藜科10属12种盐生植物超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)进行了活性测定和同工酶电泳分析。结果表明:供试盐生植物的SOD活性均较高,普遍高于中生植物;幼嫩组织和生长量大的器官中的SOD活性高于衰老组织和生长量小的器官;同工酶电泳分析表明,供试藜科植物的SOD同工酶主要集中在B区和C区,且相对活性较高,B9带为多数植物共有,活性最高,并根据SOD谱带的相似性进行了聚类分析,初步探讨了各属之间的亲缘关系。

Abstract:The activity and isozymes of SOD in twelve kinds of chenopodiaceae soline plants were studied and the results showed that:the SOD activity of these chenopodiaceae soline plants were higher than neutral plants;the SOD activity of younger organization and faster growth organ were higher than older ones and slower growth ones;Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that: SOD bands in leaves and flowers of the same plant were similar but not identical.SOD bands were largely in B area and C aeea.Most bands' activity in these two areas was high.Most plants have B9 band and it's SOD activity was the highest.The results indicated the relationship between these chenopodiaceae plants in the evolutionary process.
