| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了普通高校日语专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,指出了市场经济下复合型外语人才培养的迫切性和必要性,提出了培养目标和教学改革的主要对策。主要从更新人才培养观念,改革课程设置,加强院系间教师的互通有无等方面进行阐述。指出日语人才的培养必须要适应市场经济的需求,培养的人才应该既懂日语知识,又要了解企业生产、管理的一般常识。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates an existent problem in the mode of fostering Japanese professional talented person in a common and high school,points out the urgency and the necessity to foster a compound type foreign language talented person under market economy,puts forward the development target and the main countermeasure of the teaching reform in education. |
