高寒地区裸燕麦的核型研究

摘    要:为燕麦种质的鉴定以及高寒地区裸燕麦的推广、遗传育种提供细胞学理论依据,利用根尖压片法对青引3号莜麦(Avena nuda L.cv.Qingyin No.3)的染色体核型进行了分析。结果表明:青引3号莜麦根尖细胞的染色体数目为2n=42,其中包括11对中部着丝点区染色体和10对近中部着丝点区染色体,其核型公式为2n=6x=42=22 m+20 sm(4SAT),其中第14、第16号染色体短臂末端带有随体。青引3号莜麦染色体的核型属于2B型,这是一种较高级的类型。

Karyotype analysis of naked oats

Abstract:The study was to provide the cytological theory basis for oats' identification,extension and genetic breeding in the alpine- cold region. The chromosome karyotype of root tip cells of Avena nuda L. cv. Qingyin No. 3 was analyzed with squash method. The results of chromosome counting showed that the chromosome number of root tip cells of Avena nuda L. cv. Qingyin No. 3 was 2n = 42,among them there were 11 pairs of metacentric chromosome and 10 paris of submetacentric chromosome. Their karyotype formula is 2n = 6x = 42 = 22 m + 20sm( 4SAT),and in the 14 thchromosome and the 16thchromosome's short arm ends with satellite. The karyotype of Avena nuda L. cv. Qingyin No. 3 belongs to 2B type,and it's an advanced type.
