| 摘 要： | 利用气相色谱仪对蔬菜中6种有机磷农药残留的测定方法进行了研究。结果表明:6种有机磷农药(对硫磷、倍硫磷、甲拌磷、乙酰甲胺磷、氧化乐果、亚胺硫磷)线性良好,平均回收率为81.1%~129%,相对标准偏差为3.38%~11.52%。各项指标满足蔬菜中6种有机磷农药残留检测要求。

| Abstract: | Gas chromatography was used to determine six organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables. It was found that the linearity was good in detection of the six organophosphorus pesticide residues. The values of recovery were in the range of 81. 1% - 129%,with RSD＇s in the range of3. 38% - 11. 52%. The conclusion was drawn that the method could meet the requirements for the analysis of six organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables with merits of quick and accurate. |
