| Abstract: | According to the function of creation and copy with uncertainty of entrepreneur, a new concept of entrepreneurship is presented. After the analysis of selection, incentive/monitor and development of managerial human capital,the combination of market and inner firm selection, the concept of incentive system and inner firm development mechanism are disscussed. |
