通过现场观察韶关市首届“园丁杯”教职工男子篮球赛40多场比赛，得出结果：韶关市教职工篮球运动员平均身高较低、年龄偏大、整体运动技战术水平较低，部分教练员训练水平不高，且对篮球竞赛规则理解不透彻，使韶关市教职工篮球运动水平发展受到影响．从改善当前韶关市篮球运动水平和带动韶关市的全民健身运动出发。对韶关市教育部门开展篮球赛等体育活动提出相关建议和意见．

An analysis of the baskatball skills from the First Male Faculties Basketball Matches of the Shaoguan Gardeners Cup

Watching more than 40 rounds of the faculties basketball matches of the first male Shoguan Gardener Cup on scene, the author concludes that the players＇ overall height is not satisfied , and the age is quite senior,the skill is not good, and the qualities of parts of the coaches are poor, and some coaches do not fully comprehend the basketball rules, all of these factors affect the development of Shaoguan basketball. The paper, starting from the improvement of the recent basketball situations in Shaoguan, puts forward some constructive and practical suggestions related to basketball to the local educational department concerned for reference.
