家电零售业的买方势力问题分析

摘    要:从家电行业的产业链结构和零售企业行为的角度对家电连锁零售行业的买方势力进行了考察;认为通道费有多方面的含义,不能一概否定,但目前的通道费占行业利润比例过高,对行业发展不利;指出后向一体化在当前只是获取品牌租金,并不排斥竞争;并从厂商的角度和消费者角度对行业规制政策提出了建议。

Abstract:This paper explains the buyer power in household electric appliances industry on the basis of industrial chain structure and retailers' conduct;holds that the slotting allowance means much,which could not be forbidden totally,but now the slotting allowance takes too big share of industry profit which is bad for the development of the industry;and points out that the back up integration by the store chain retailers is just for rents of store bands which does not reject the competition;and puts forward some suggestions on the policies and regulations of the industry from the angles of both the manufacturers and consumers.
