沙棘原汁贮藏条件的研究

摘    要:本试验以沙棘原汁为原料,针对沙棘原汁在贮藏期间的褐变,营养物质的保存,微生物的影响等问题进行了试验。结果表明:沙棘原汁经一定温度、短时间处理及除氧措施,添加适量不同的抗氧化剂和防腐剂,基本上控制了沙棘原汁在贮藏过程中的变化,为沙棘原汁的贮存提供了初步依据和方法。

Abstract:The hippophas juice was used on study as raw material.The experiments were carried on browning, perservation of nutritions and effect of microorganism for the store period of hippophas juice.The results indicated that the changes of hippohas juice can be controlled basically in the store process by some measures,that is controlled temperature,short time,deoxygen,adding suitable anti-oxidants and perservatives.The study above mentioned persented elementary basis and method for the store of hippophas juice.
