| 摘 要： | 基于隶属度函数及两阶段法，提出了一种新的双层多目标决策方法。利用该方法不仅能获得有效解，而且能最大限度地发挥上层决策者的权限，最终将得到一个各决策层均可接受的决策方案。通过数值例子说明了该方法的可行性及实用性。

| Abstract: | Based on membership function and two phase approach, in this paper, a new method for bi level multi objective decision making is presented. The method can not only obtain the Pareto optimal solution but also enables the Upper Decision Maker (UDM) to play a great role in decision making. Finally, the feasibility and applicability of the method are demonstrated by a numerical example. |
