膀胱镜检查是经尿道进入膀胱的一种内窥镜检查方法,临床上常用于诊断膀胱、肾脏、输尿管及尿道的疾病,以了解血尿的来源及泌尿系邻近器官病变,术中针对老年人特点,严密观察神志、血压及脉搏变化,消除紧张情绪,同时针对检查后的并发症给予相应的处理及指导.
