多元线性回归在角位移传感器机务维护中的应用

摘    要:某型飞机副翼角位移传感器输出误差直接影响飞参系统的相关通道采集记录精度,制约了飞参记录数据在诸多方面的应用与研究。针对机载传感器输出误差重复性差等特点,论文提出利用多元线性回归算法对飞参记录相关历史数据段进行处理和拟合,该方法在补偿传感器输出误差、辅助判断传感器故障和确定传感器校准时机等方面具有较高的精度和工程使用价值,并已应用在辅助机务维护等方面。本文利用该算法在Matlab环境下对副翼角位移传感器零位输出数据进行了仿真。

Abstract:The output error of the aileron angular displacement sensor reduces the recording precision of the data in FDRS which have installed in a certain type airplane,which restricts the applications and research of the data in some fields.To the question that the data output error of the aircraft-mounted sensor have poor reproducibility,the paper proposes an algorithm of multiple linear regression can obtain fitting data of the relatively historical data.This algorithm has higher precision and use value in compensating the output error,finding the sensor failure and confirming the adjustive chance of the sensor,meanwhile this algorithm has been applied in the realm of assistant maintenance.In this paper,we use this algorithm to fitting the zero output data of the angular displacement sensor by matlab program.
