| Abstract: | The main purpose is to use the classical estimation of Kloostermann sum, estimation of the character sum and the analytic method for studying the second power mean of Dirichiet L-functions with the weight of genernal Kloostermann sums,and for giving an interesting second power mean value asymptotic formula. |
