摘    要:大学生行为受高校人际关系环境的影响比较大,其中教师与同辈群体的评价在塑造大学生行为上具有非常重要的功能,既表现出积极性的,也表现出消极性的。分析越轨行为的标签理论在分析高校人际关系环境中的评价对大学生行为的塑造过程同样具有重要的借鉴意义。评价“标签”的积极性作用与消极性作用对高校学生管理工作具有重要的启示作用。

Abstract:The behaviors of college students are greatly influenced by college interpersonal environment, a- mong which the assessment made by teachers and classmates plays an important role, either positive or negative, in molding their behaviors. The Labeling Theory analyzing the derailed behaviors also plays a very important role on the analysis of the process in which the assessment on college interpersonal environment functioning in shaping their behaviors. In this paper the author makes a point in evaluating both the active and negative effects which enlightens the administrators in the college student management according to the analysis results.
