同步脱氮除磷好氧颗粒污泥的特性及其反应过秸

摘    要:以普通絮状活性污泥为种泥,采用人工配制的模拟生活污水,在序批式反应器(SBR)中成功地培养出了同步脱氮除磷好氧颗粒污泥。污泥颗粒粒径大多在0.5~1.0mm,SVI为27.0mL/g,MLVSS/MLSS为86.8%,具有良好的沉降性能和较高的生物量。采用好氧颗粒污泥进行脱氮除磷过程研究,结果表明颗粒污泥具有良好的同步脱氮除磷和去除有机物的功能,反应周期结束时氮氮、PO4^3-P去除率接近100%,COD去除率达到90%以上。

Abstract:The cultivation of aerobic granular sludge used for simultaneous phosphorus and nitrogen removal in Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) was performed using synthetic municipal wastewater and conventional flocculent activated sludge as seeding sludge. The result shows that aerobic granular sludge has good settling ability, high biomass retention and a regular structure with a diameter of 0.5 to 1.0mm. SVI and MLVSS/ MLSS are as high as 27.0mL/g and 86.8%, respectively. Adopting aerobic granular sludge to study the removal process of phosphorus and nitrogen, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and PO4^3--P are nearly 100% and that of COD is above 90% after one reaction cycle. It demonstrates the good ability of simultaneous phosphorus, nitrogen, and COD removal by aerobic granular sludge.
