| Abstract: | Common people cannot live happily without healthy body in normal life,which needs to guarantee from different parts.As a simple and effective health care,physical training is widely welcome.This paper analyses the health efficacy and economy of medical care gained through physical training,and opens out the importance of these two aspects from statistics. |
