| 摘 要： | “三农”问题的核心是农民问题,如何运用农业补贴措施保障农民利益、增加农民收入、调动农民生产积极性、促进农业稳定发展是我国政府目前面临的重大课题。其中最主要的一条措施就是对农民收入实行直补,但直补能否代替价格保护呢?本文在综合分析的基础上,对我国农业价格保护的必要性和可行性进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The core of Sannong problem is the issue of peasants'.How to use the agricultural compensatory measures to protect the peasants' interests,increase the farmers' income,mobilize their production enthusiasm and promote the temperate development is a major issue which our government is facing currently.Among them,the most important one is a measure of the introduction of direct income subsidies,but can the direct subsidies replace price? On the basis of the comprehensive analysis,the essentiality and feasibil-ty of agricultural price protection in our country has been discussed. |
