| Abstract: | This paper introduces the technical projects,such as guiding and measuring with a laser beam,advance excavating upper part of the tunnel before its lower part,loadling rock up and down with scraper blasting with its holes sealed by cement rolls,supporting of rockbolts and shotcrete both with quick hardening cement,simultaneously operating of multiple precedure,lining of band concrete in time,achieved in Xi'an water supplying engineering from the Black River with soft rock support and guick construction. |
