| 摘 要： | 鱼虾类不能生物合成维生素C，而必需经常从食物中摄取维生素C。鱼虾类饵料中维生素C不足，则可能产生厌食，生长缓慢，脊椎骨变形，死亡率增高等现象。本文概述了维生素C在水产动物体内的生理作用、缺乏症及需要量，并介绍了几种常用维生素C源的特性及实际饲喂中的添加量和饲喂效果。

| Abstract: | Fishes and shrimps can't compose vitamin C. The vitamin C must be provided from the food regularly. Lacking of vitamin C in the food for fishes and shrimps often makes the aquatic animals anorexia,slowness of growth,distortion of vertebra and high mortality etc.This article summarizes the main function of vitamin C,lacking diseases and the quantity of vitamin C in aquatic animal's food.Characteristics and raising effects of several kinds vitamin C are also introduced at the same time. |
