试论人性化虚拟社区的建立

虚拟社区作为公众信息和意见的传播平台，越来越受到公众的喜爱。但是虚拟社区作为现实社区在网络上的投影与延伸，当前还存在着虚假、不人性甚至是“流言遍地”的现象，如何建立人性化虚拟社区，使其成为人们沟通信息的家园，是非常重要的。可从以下几个途径来建立人性化虚拟社区：设立适合不同受众的专门网站；对严肃的网站进行软性化处理；形成人性化的网站界面；提供特殊时期的特殊服务。
