| Abstract: | This paper points out although the choice of Lagrangian for the motion of charged particles in the electromagnetic field has some arbitrariness, yet the arbitiarriness is limited, if we wand to obtain a correct three dimensional Hamiltonian, for we must consider the physical situation. |
