| 摘 要： | “人”是影响IT项目成功的所有因素中最不稳定，最难控制的因素，进而成为一个关键的决定性因素。在IT项目中“人”有多种类型。主要从用户、项目经理和项目团队三个方面入手，分析它们对IT项目的成功产生影响的原因，并说明它们是如何产生影响的。同时，对应各种影响因素，还简单地介绍了避免其产生不利影响的办法。

| Abstract: | Hominine factors are the most difficult to control and unsteady factors which affect the success of IT project. It becomes a pivotal decisive factor. There are many types "persons" in IT project. The user, project manager and team are mainly introduced. It analyses the reason why they affect the IT project and how to affect. In the same time, it introduces how to avoid the disadvantageous affection. |
