三味檀香散对实验性心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用研究

目的：研究三味檀香散对异丙肾上腺素（Isoproterenol，Iso）致大鼠实验性心肌缺血的保护作用．方法：采用ip Iso诱导大鼠造成急性心肌缺血的动物模型，实验大鼠随机分为正常对照组，Iso模型组，阳性对照组，三味檀香散大、小剂量组，测定各组大鼠心电图T波变化、血流动力学指标：平均动脉压（MBP）、左心室收缩压（LVSP）、左心室舒张末压（LVEDP）和心率（HR），大鼠颈动脉取血，测定血清乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）和肌酸激酶（CK）．结果：大小剂量的三味檀香散组大鼠心电图T波改变和心率（HR）明显低于模型组（P〈0．01），而血流动力学指标：LVSP、-LVEDP明显高于模型组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），但对大鼠平均动脉压（MBP）无影响．三味檀香散组血清LDH和CK活性明显低于模型对照组．结论：藏药三味檀香散对Iso所致大鼠心肌缺血损伤具有一定的保护作用．

The protective effect of sanweitanxiang powder on myocardial ischemia in rats

Objective to explore protective effect of Sanweitanxiang powder on isoproterenol - induced myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods A myocardial ischemia model in rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol （Iso）. The experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group, Iso model group, positive control group and two dose Sanwei Tanxiang powder groups. The change of （ECG） and hemodynamics were observed,such as the T - wave, （HR）, （LVSP）, （ - LVEDP） and （MBP）. The levels of LDH,CK in serum were measured. Results In the pretreated with Sanwei Tanxiang group, compared with the Iso model group, showed lower the T -wave and HR （P 〈0.01 ）, higher LVSP （P 〈0.05） ,LVEDP （P 〈0.01 ） , the level of LDH,CK were decreased, but there were no significant difference on the blood pres- sure between the both groups. Conclusion These results suggested that the Tibetan Herb Sanwei Tanxiang be able to protect cardiac dysfunction due to isoproterenol- myocardial ischemia in rats.
