| 摘 要： | 利用GT-Power软件建立了带有排气净化器的6100非增压柴油机和6100涡轮增压柴油机仿真模型。在此基础上对排气净化器在柴油机排气管上的安装位置以及排气净化器阻力对柴油机性能的影响及影响规律进行了研究。研究结果表明,净化器的安装位置对柴油机性能的影响不明显,但净化器的阻力却对柴油机的性能具有较大的影响,并且在不同的工况下对6100非增压柴油机和6100涡轮增压柴油机的影响程度和影响规律具有一定的差异。

| Abstract: | The GT-Power simulation models of 6100 non-turbo-charge diesel engine and 6100 turbo-charge diesel engine equipped with exhaust purifier are built up,on the basis of which the effect of the fixing position and resistance of the exhaust purifier on the performance of the diesel engine are analyzed.The simulated results showed that the effect of the fixed position of the exhaust purifier on the performance of the diesel engine is low,but the effect of the resistance of the exhaust purifier on the performance of the diesel engine is great.The effect characteristics of the exhaust purifier on the performance of the 6100 non-turbo-charge diesel engine and 6100 turbo-charge diesel engine under different work conditions are different. |
