严重急性呼吸综合症患者白细胞和临床症状的Meta分析

研究严重急性呼吸综合症患者外周血白细胞计数和临床症状。检索2003年2月至2004年2月有关SARS患者外周血白细胞计数和临床症状研究的论文，汇合成大样本资料，借助于RevMan4．2分析软件对这些资料进行二次分析，以探讨该病患者外周血白细胞计数和临床症状变化。患者WBC增多和WBC降低两组计数资料比较差异显著(Z=2．85，P=0．004)，外周血白细胞计数一般不升高，或降低。SARS患者的临床症状按发生的百分率排序如下：发热为99．6％，畏寒为62．3％，头痛为61．9％，咳为59．5％，肌痛／关节痛为53．5％，腹为44．4％，咳痰为29．4％，咽喉痛为26．9％，流为23．7％，气促为11．7％，胸闷为10．0％。分析结果表明，SARS患者外周血白细胞变化情况和临床症状基本上与卫生部“非典型肺炎临床诊断标准(试行)”相符合，但流涕与畏寒症状出现的频率值得探讨。

Clinical Symptoms and Peripheral White Blood Cell Counts of Patients with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome:Meta Analysis

To study the clinical symptoms and peripheral white blood cell counts of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS),theses on clinical symptoms and peripheral white blood cell counts of patients with SARS are indexed,and big sample data are synthesized and analyzed with RevMan4.2 analysis software.It is discovered that the patients with SARS have normal and lower white blood cell count.The most common symptoms include fever(99.6%), chill(62.3%), headache(61.9%), cough(59.5%), myalgia/arthralgia(53.5%), diarrhea(44.4%), sputum(29.4%), angina(26.9%), snivel(23.7%), dyspnea (11.7%),and chest tightness(10.0%).Although most results of white blood cell counting and symptoms of patients are in accordance with diagnosis criteria of the Chinese Ministry of Health,snivel and chill display greater frequency.
