管囊酵母的诱变育种及甜高粱渣水解液发酵

摘    要:对管囊酵母1771进行硫酸二乙酯(DES)与紫外线(UV)复合诱变,筛选得到一株菌DU-13,其糖醇转化率较出发菌株提高28.7%。用DU-13菌株在甜高粱渣酸水解液和发酵培养基中进行发酵,乙醇产量分别为3.5g/L和7.4g/L;转化率分别为0.173g/g和0.250g/g,水解液发酵效果不如发酵培养基。在甜高粱渣酸水解液中添加营养物质,并设计正交实验优化添加方案。将优化水解液在相同条件下利用DU-13菌株进行发酵,结果表明优化水解液发酵效果优于发酵培养基和水解液:乙醇产量为13.5g/L,转化率为0.378g/g。

Abstract:Diethyl sulfate(DES)+UV mutation was carried on Pachysolen tannophilus 1771 and the strain DU-13 was obtained;mutation increased the ethanol yield by 28.7%.Fermentation of sweet sorghum residue hydrolysate and of fermentation medium by P.tannophilus were performed.Hydrolysate fermentation afforded a lower ethanol concentration of 3.5 g/L and ethanol yield of 0.173 g/g compared with the corresponding values of 7.4 g/L and 0.250 g/g obtained for the fermentation medium.Fermentation of the hydrolysate medium w...
