尿素(碳铵)—过磷酸钙—氯化钾系列复混肥制备工艺研究

摘    要:以尿素作为氮源制备复混肥。在相同碳酸氢铵用量和相同干燥温度下,以氨化时间、陈化时间、干燥时间和配料比作为因素进行正交试验设计,选出最佳工艺方案。实验结果表明,最佳工艺方案为氨化时间1h,陈化时间0.5h,干燥时间1h,N、P_2O_5、K_2O配料比为10:8:8。验证实验所得产品含氮量为10.96%,水溶性磷占有效五氧化二磷百分比为58.15%,含钾量为8.20%,水分(游离水)含量为3.23%,总养分量达到27.81%。在该方案下得到的产品能较好的满足配方要求,达到低浓度复混肥的指标要求,满足复混肥专业标准。

Abstract:Taking urea as nitrogen source the compound fertilizer was produced.With the same amount of ammonium bicarbonate and at the same temperature,the optimum technology scheme is selected though the orthogonal design which included the factors of ammoniation time,aging time,drying time and ratio of components.Meanwhile the optimum technological scheme are:ammoniation time is 1h,aging time is 0.5h,drying time is 1h and ratio of N;P_2O_5;K_2O are 10:8:8.The products derived from experiments are confirmed:nitrogenous content 10.96%,the ratio of soluble phosphorous to available phosphorus 58.15%,potassium content 8.20%,moisture(floating water) content 3.23%,total nutrient content 27.81%. Thus the sample gotten from the scheme can satisfied the formula requirement and compound fertilizer professional standards, achieved the performance index of low-concentration compound fertilizer.
