群体决策的惩罚二次评分方法

在群体决策的大量实际应用中，常采用由决策个体对各供选方案作出偏爱评分，然后将个体评分综合成群体评分数，从而对方案进行群体偏爱排序，为了防止和纠正决策者在评分中可能出现的偏见，在决策过程中，一般选用带有惩罚功能的评分方法，本文引进各决策个体关系供选方案的惩罚二次评分系数和惩罚二次评分数概念，由此给出了一个群体决策的惩罚二次评分方法，证明了该方法的若干基本性质，并且讨论了方法的几种特殊形式。

Penalty Quadratic Mark Method in Group Decision Making

In a large number of practical operations of the group decision making, for every alternative a preference mark is given by every decision maker, then all the mark numbers are synthesized to a group mark number to make the order of group preference. To avoid and correct the decision makers' preference in the mark process, a penalty mark method is generally used in the process of the practical decision. In this paper, the penalty quadratic mark coefficient and penalty quadratic mark number about alternatives were introduced, and a penalty quadratic mark method was proposed in group decision making. Furthermore, several fundamental properties of the method were proved and some special forms of the method were discussed.
