| Abstract: | In this paper the implications of Deng xiaoping's educational ideology and those of the concept of sustainable developments of higher education are explained. And the logical connections between them are discussed from the following five aspects: the philosophy of education; the prior development of higher education; the concept of entirety in training qualified personnel; the concept of future and over-all situation in higher education development; and quality education. |
