超离子玻璃中滞弹性弛豫的红外发散响应

摘    要:本文在超离子玻璃的滞弹性弛豫过程中,引入具有红外发散响应的弛豫时间。可由一般的弛豫时间近似方法导出具有红外发散的滞弹性弛豫理论。由此解释了超离子玻璃中的超声吸收峰的增宽和不对称性,并导出与实验吻合的低温端的吸收系数与频率的关系式。

Abstract:In the process of anelastic relaxation of superionie glasses, we have introduced relaxation time with infrared divergent response and have derived anelastic relaxation theory with infrared div- ergence from the general relaxation time approximation. Thereby, it in- terprets both broadening and asymmetry of experimental ultrasonie att- enuation peaks, and we derived the relation of ultrasonic attenuation vs freguency at low temperature region, which consists with experimen- tal results.
