SO4^2—/ZrO2—Al2O3催化合成邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)

摘    要:采用把ZrO2附载在AL2O3表面较共沉淀能制得的SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3催化剂具有更好的催化活性,经催化合成DOP实验,酯化率在99%以上,选择性为96-98%,SEM、XRD及IR分析表明,SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3具有固体超强酸的光谱特征,呈一定晶态的催化剂较无定形催化剂催化活性更好。

SYNTHESIS OF DIOCTYL pHTHALATE (DOP) CATALYZED BY SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3
Abstract:the catalyst SO 2- 4/ZrO 2 Al 2O 3 Prepared by zirconirm dioxide attached to the surface of Al 2O 3 has higher catalytic activity than that prepared by coprecipitation method.The catalytic activity for the synthesis of dioctyi phthalate was studied and the resuits show that the esterification rate reaches as high as 99% and the selectivity is 96-98%.The SEM,XRD and IR analyses indi-cate that the catalyst has catalyst has spectral characteristics of solid superacid.In addition,the crystalline state catalyst is more activated than non-crystalline catalyat.
