| 摘 要： | 运用柳卸林的创新政策分析框架,在梳理我国各个时期出台新能源汽车创新政策的基础上,对比分析了国内外相关政策,发现新能源汽车创新政策存在着三同三不同,提出了我国的新能源汽车技术创新政策战略性调整思路,为进一步推进新能源汽车技术进步及产业化的提供决策参考。
