| 摘 要： | 本文运用铁谱技术研究了硬齿面齿轮的磨损状态.对硬齿面齿轮在不同的磨损阶段的磨损特性进行了定性和定量分析.研究了磨损发展过程中磨粒特征的变化,并对直读式铁谱和分析式铁谱的分析结果进行了对比.研究结果表明,铁谱分析的结果与实际情况相吻合,运用铁谱技术可以有效地对齿轮的磨损状态进行分析判断.

| Abstract: | The wear condition of surface hardening gear was studied by means of ferrography in this paper. The characteristics of gears in each wear stage were analysed qualitatively and quantitatively. The character of wear partical in the wear process was studied, and the comparison of the results got from the analytical and direct reading ferrography was made. The results from the ferrography analysis are nicely in agreement with that from the real wear condition. It is expected that the ferrographic technique can be used to analyse and judge 1he wear of gears effectively. |
