| 摘 要： | 高技术产业在国民经济中占有重要的战略地位，其人才资源情况值得进行深入研究。该文依据山东省第六次人口普查数据，对山东省高技术产业人才资源的总量、人才密度、人才行业分布、学历结构等进行研究，分析山东省高技术产业人才资源的现状和特点。

| Abstract: | High-tech industry plays a vital role in developing the national economy, the human resources of it deserves further research. According to data from the sixth population census of Shandong Province, the paper study the total amount,density,educational backgrounds and distribution of high-tech industry human resources in Shandong Province, and assess the current situation and characteristic of it. |
