| Abstract: | This paper discuses the problems which exist in higher vocational students＂ who practice in the tourism EB call center. And then puts forward the countermeasures,so as to improve the students＂ practice effect, meet the ＂seamless docking＂ between the goal of school＇s personnel train- ing and the need of business. |
