高校学生班干部选拔模式探析

基于高校学生干部的重要性以及现存选拔方式的不足，以胜任力理论分析并运用该理论发现学生的潜在能力，提出高校选拔学生干部的有效方法。结合一次学生干部选拔的实践，进行了相关选拔模式的探讨。

Choosing Mode of College Student Class-cadres

Based on the importance of college student leaders and lack of selection methods, the paper will propose the effective methods to se- lect student leaders according to the competence theory which is used to analyze the potential of students. Student Leaders in the university play an important role in the class of self-management process, and the selection of student leaders directly affects the effectiveness and initiative of the next three to four years of college student＇ s self-management. The article combines the practice of student leaders＇ selection and surveys some modes of se- lection in order to make selection mechanism further clear.
