中学数学教师职前教育及课程结构比较研究

摘    要:通过四国数学教师职前教育的比较研究发现,数学教师培养模式已从封闭走向开放、由职业定向走向专业教育、由低层次向高层次教育发展;课程结构从过于注重理论的学习与掌握转变为理论和实践相结合与并重,突出强调教师教育课程的专业性、应用性和实践性;教育空间从大学为本转向注重大学与中学的合作。比较而言,我国数学教师职前教育应重视在通识课程中提供广博宽厚的知识背景,进一步优化学科专业和教师专业课程的配置与比例,加强高师课程内容、教育理论与中学数学教育实践的整合,突出高师课程的专业性、应用性、实践性和能力培养等特色,强化面向中学、服务基础教育的教师教育理念。
