实施再就业工程的法律思考

中国将面临更为沉重的再就业压力，我国现有的法律法规和政策还无法保障再就业工程的顺利实施，因此，国家应通过建立健全再就业法律保障体系来解决失业，。下岗职工的基本生活保障问题，增强他们的就业竞争能力，帮助他们再就业，同时，政府，用人单位，再就业者也应承担相应的责任。

Thinking about the Project of the Re-employment in Terms of Law

China will be faced with more pressure of re employment.However,the existing laws and policies in our country are not capable of guaranteeing the smooth realization of the re employment.And therefore,it is necessary for the government to make and perfect the legal system of re employment insurance in order to solve the insurance problem faced by those who have lost their jobs as well as to raise their ability of competition by means of helping them go back to work.In the meanwhile,the government,the employers and the employees should share in the corresponding responsibility respectively.
