瑞香狼毒中杀虫活性成分的提取与初步分离

采用多种溶剂与方法对瑞香狼毒的不同部位进行了提取，对ＳＣＥＥ（瑞香狼毒根乙醇提取物）进行萃取，同时测定了ＳＣＥＥ的多种溶剂萃取物对菜粉蝶（Ｐｉｅｒｉｓｒａ－ｐａｅＬ．）５龄幼虫的５生物活笥。结果表明：溶剂的极性越强，提取率越高；对该植物根而言，索氏法的提取率最高；ＳＣＥＥ氯仿萃娶物对功虫生物活性最强，ＳＣＥＥＤ来萃取物次之。

Extraction and Sepration of Active lngredients on Stellera Chamea jasme

The air-dried and powdered pla nt roots,steams,leaves of stellera chamea jasme L was extracted with ethanol,chloroform,petroleum ester by different meth o ds,the results were showed that the extracts rate of in ethanol was the largest, the second was chloroform's,petroleum ester's was the smallest. Extract of root of stellera chameajasme with ethanol by dip (scee)was possess st rong antifeeding effects to the imported cabbage worm,pieris rapae L.It was sep a rated into five parts by partition in liquid extraction,method,petroleum ester, ch loroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol,and water were used.The chloroform fraction was identified to be the most active as detected by bioassay,the second was petroleu m esters fraction.
