磁化水拌制混凝土技术的试验研究

摘    要:本文首先报告了在借助于《CS—3型》磁水器,实现以“磁化水拌制混凝土”的试验中,若保持磁感强度B不变,将磁化水的磁化速度控制在某一最佳值时,非但可大大提高混凝土的抗压强度,而且同时还存在着降低水泥用量达15%左右的良好效果;其次,笔者对磁化水的作用机理及影响试验结果的多水平因子给予一定程度的定性与定量的剖析和探讨;最后指出本试验所表明的应足以引起人们关注的几点实验事实。

Abstract:This paper first reports the experiments on concrete mixing using magnetized water generated by the magnetizing device CS-3. Withthe magnetizing induction strength B kept constant, if the magnetizing rate is optimized, not only can the pressure resistance strength of the concrete be greatly increased, but also the amount of the concrete used can be reduced by 15%. Then some quality and quantity analyses with some discussions are presented of the magnetized water mechanisms and of factors at various levels that mayexercise impacts on experiment results. The paper concludes by pointing to the fact that some experiment facts as indicated in our experiments call for extensive attention
