| 摘 要： | 依托青海大学教育教学研究课题,对当前普通高校公共体育课程改革的理论及青海大学体育课程教学现状进行了分析,认为青海大学体育教学改革应依据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》及现代高校课程改革新理论,借鉴国内著名高校体育课程改革成功经验,结合青海大学体育工作具体特点,构建"课内外一体化"整体课程教学体系,是培养大学生体育锻炼习惯和养成终身体育意识的有效途径,也是今后学校体育教学改革发展的方向。
