| 摘 要： | 在传统的前馈双环功率放大器线性化的基础上提出一种全新的前馈单环功率放大器线性化技术,它只采用一个前馈环来实现非线性误差信号的抵消.理论分析和实验表明,用前馈单环线性化技术对RF功率放大器进行线性化补偿,可以大大提高微波功率放大器的线性度,从而达到减小各谐波和互调分量的目的.

| Abstract: | A new technique,feedforward single-loop linearization technology,is provided in this paper,which based on the double-loop linearization technology.It uses a feedforward loop to achieve the offset of nonlinear error signal.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that using feedforward single-loop linearization technology can greatly improve the microwave power amplifier linearization to reduce the harmonic and intermodulation components. |
