沙蟒(Eryx miliaris)呼吸、消化系统的解剖及扫描电镜观察

本文报导了关于5条沙蟒的呼吸、消化系统解剖研究的结果:呼吸系统由鼻、喉、气管、肺组成,右肺较左肺发达,左肺退化,其长度约为右肺的41.5%。消化系统包括口腔、食道、胃、小肠、盲肠、大肠、泄殖腔,消化腺有肝、胰及胆囊等。扫描电镜下观察,喉和气管的粘膜表面均为柱状绒毛细胞,肺前部内面为显著的蜂窝状结构。小肠内壁具多数的扁形小肠绒毛。

Anatomical and Scanning Electron Microscopical Studies on the Respiratory and Digestive System of Eryx miliaris

Five Eryx miliaris are dissected,and the main characteristies of the respi- ratory and digestive system are as follows: The respiratory system consists of the nose,larynx,and lungs,similar to a tubiform sac.with developed right lung and degenerated left lung,the length of which is about 41.5% of the right one. The digestive system consists of the cral cavity,stomach,oesphagus,small intestine (dondenum and ileum),caecum,large intestine,cloaca,liver,pancreas and vesica fellea. The results of the observation under a scanning electron microscope are: The inside surface of larynx and traches is cilliated cell which has rinlike structure on it's surface.The inside wall of the part anterior of lung has rather remarkble honeycomb-like structure.The posterior part has a saclike structure. There is villus intestinalis structure in the inside wall of the small intestine.
