摘    要:提供了一种简便的方法,把建模、仿真和实现集成在NetCon系统中,提高了过程控制系统的开发效率.首先在Simulink中建立仿真模型,然后使用NetCon系统模板快速生成可执行代码,通过以太网或因特网下载到控制器硬件中,最后使用监控软件通过网络实时在线监控模型的运行状况,如观察结果、修改模型参数等.在此方法的基础上,建立增量式PID控制器模型,增加自动手动无扰切换功能,完成了液位过程控制系统的实例.结果表明,该方法的有效性和快速性,可以应用在类似的过程控制系统中.

Abstract:A flexible method for the design of process control systems is presented.It can improve the development efficiency of process control systems by integrating modelling,simulation and realization into NetCon system.Firstly, a simulation model is built in Simulink,then the model is converted into an executable program rapidly using NetCon system template file and downloaded to the embedded controller(hardware) via Ethernet or Internet.Finally the real-time status of the program is monitored on-line through networks,such as display of signals,change of control program parameters etc.Based on this method,an incremental PID(proportional integral derivative) controller model is built,an auto/manual bumpless switch function is designed,and an implementation example of a water level process control system is given.The results illustrate the effectiveness and promptness of the method so it can be applied to other similar process control systems.
