关于基层消防部队经费管理的几点思考

近年来在消防部队经费不断增长的新情况下，经费管理的工作量和难度也随之加大。笔者针对当前消防部队经费管理中存在的经费预算编制的盲目性、经费支出的随意性、经费收支审计的边缘化等薄弱环节进行分析、研究，并提出解决上述问题的对策，以供讨论并求指正。
