| 摘 要： | 本文给出了Si-SiO_2超晶格和GaAs-SiO_2超晶格中极化激元的色散关系,通过与无推迟的极限情况进行比较,着重分析了推迟效应对体模式和表面模式所带来的影响。

| Abstract: | The dispersion relation of polariton modes is calculated numberically for two semiconductor superlattice systems, Si-SiO_2 and GaAs-SiO_2, The effects of retardation on bulk modes and surface modes are investigated by comparing them with that in the non-retardation limit. |
