| 摘 要： | 高技术园区的兴起，给规划在该领域带来许多新问题的探索，针对传统规划手法在高技术园区规划中失灵的问题，通过剖析株洲高新区规划设计中园区区位条件影响，园区功能定位对空间布局和技术指标体系的影响，园区规划的可操作性3个问题，提出了高技术园区规划应注意的几个问题及其对策。

| Abstract: | The boom of high-tech park brings many new learning issues to learn and explore in this field. The traditional planning means and ways has become ineffective in high-tech park scheme. The writer, in this paper, submitted a few viewpoints and their solutions to the planning of the high-tech park area by the means through analysis of three items of Zhuzhou new high-tech planning of distribution and its location; the influence to the definition of function to space layout; the technical index system, and the operation for park area planning & design. |
