| 摘 要： | 1947年英国向美国提交照会,要求美国立即承担起援助希腊、土耳其的军事与财政义务,此一事件被当时美国行政当局和后来的国际关系研究者认为是英国向美国移交“世界领导权”的标志。其实质是两次世界大战之后英国在政治与经济领域严重衰落的必然结果。

| Abstract: | In1947,U.K.presented a note to US that US should take the obligation to militarily and financially help Greece and Turkey.The US administrative bureau and the later researchers on the international relationship once regarded this event as a symbol that UK handed over his world leadership to US.However,naturally,it is a necessary result of UK's dramatic decline in politics and economy after WII. |
