基于黄金分割采样方法的磁共振图像重构

摘    要:对目前压缩感知理论中几种常用的测量矩阵进行了对比分析研究,针对镜像采样方案中采样直线按360°均匀分布,从而导致测量矩阵与稀疏矩阵之间相干性较高并且图像重构含有较多伪影的问题,提出了采样直线按照360°随机分布的方案.为提高图像重构质量,设计了一个基于黄金分割镜像采样的方案,并通过MATLAB实验仿真验证了该方案的有效性.

MRI Image Reconstruction Based on Golden Section Sampling Method
Abstract:The article does a comparative study on the current several common measurement matrix from compressed sensing theory .The sampling line of the mirror image sampling plan is evenly distributed with 360° ,which will lead to higher coherence between the measurement matrix and the sparse matrix ,and the reconstructed image will contain more artifacts .Therefore ,this article presents a random distribution plan of the sampling line distributed with 360° .In order to improve the quality of the reconstructed image ,the arti-cle designs a golden mirror image sampling plan based on golden section .Finally ,the article verifies the ef-fectiveness of the plan through experimental simulation by MATLAB .
