川明参产地加工方法初步研究

摘    要:以欧前胡素含量为指标,对不同产地加工方式的样品进行测定和比较.结果表明:川明参皮中欧前胡素含量约为无皮川明参中含量的8.6倍;梯度烘干法所得药材含量最高,恒温烘干法与常温干燥法两者差异不大且皆低于梯度烘干法;硫磺熏制会导致药材中欧前胡素含量降低,而煮制与否对药材质量影响不大.为了更好地保留川明参中的有效成分,其最佳产地加工方式为,洗净药材,除去根须,采用梯度烘干法进行干燥,并采用适当的包装材料包装.

Abstract:The samples of different primary processing methods are tested and compared by taking the cont-ent of imperatorin as indicators .The results show that the content of imperatorin in bark of Chuanminshen violanceum Sheh et Shan is 8.6 times of that in Chuanminshen violanceum Sheh et Shan without bark .The content of medicinal material reaches the highest by gradient drying .Constant temperature drying and nor-mal temperature drying make little difference ,and therefore ,compared with gradient drying ,the content of medicinal material obtained in the ways mentioned above is lower .The content of imperatorin will be low-ered by sulfur smoking ,while boiling and not boiling have little effect on the quality of Chuanminshen vio-lanceum Sheh et Shan .In order to preserve the effective components better ,the best primary processing method of Chuanminshen violanceum Sheh et Shan is that washing crude drug first ,then removing fibrous root ,drying by temperature gradient and finally packaging with the most appropriate packaging material .
