摘    要:利用AMESim软件建立了XCMG170烛式悬架矿用汽车全液压转向系统的仿真模型,并验证了所建立的模型的正确性.通过AMESim和ADAMS软件的联合仿真模拟,进行了整车的稳态回转试验、双移线仿真试验和转向盘转角输入试验.通过改变前桥的初始定位参数,分别仿真分析整车的操纵性能,得到了表征整车操纵稳定性的横摆角速度、侧向加速度和车身侧倾角的曲线变化情况.结果表明,前束值增大使得烛式悬架整车的转向回正性能和行驶稳定性能变差,本仿真模型可为同类矿用汽车的选型及改进设计提供参考依据.

Abstract:A simulation model is made by using software AMESim which is characterized by its full hydrau-lic steering system of the mine truck with XCMG 170 candle suspension .Meanwhile ,the paper validates the correctness of the model .Through the joint simulation by using AMESim software and ADAMS software ,ve-hicle steady circular test ,double lane change test and steering wheel angle input test are all done .By changing the initial alignment parameters of front axle and by using the tests mentioned above ,vehicle han-dling performances are analyzed in simulation .Then ,the yaw velocity ,lateral acceleration and the curve changes of the vehicle roll angle are all obtained .The results show that increasing the toe-in value appropri-ately can reduce the performance of the whole steering return ability and traveling stability of the vehicle with candle suspension .This research can provide a reference for the model selection and design improve-ments for the mine truck of similar type .
